Texture Coating Process

With Texture Coating, South Coast Home Solutions can turn an ordinary home into a dream home in only eight simple steps:

* Step 1: Inspection – South Coast Home Solutions will come out to your home and inspect the entire property for chipping, flaking, peeling paint and any rotten wood

* Step 2: Trenching – a trench will be dug around the exterior of the home

* Step 3: Sand and Water Blasting – your home will be cleaned with a high pressure hose, wire brushed, scraped and moisture measured

* Step 4: Repair and Patch – We will replace all rotten wood, spot prime with TEX•BOND® and power sand

* Step 5: Masking – all windows and scrubs will be covered

* Step 6: Primer – the entire house will be covered with a primer

* Step 7: TEX•COTE® – the entire house covered with TEX•COTE®

* Step 8: TRIM•COTE® – finally your home’s trim is coated
