Vinyl Siding

Durability
Vinyl siding protects your home from the elements. It can endure winds up to 110 mph or higher, and it withstands heat, cold, and moisture. Polyvinyl chloride, or PVC, the material used to manufacture vinyl siding, resists impact and possesses strength and rigidity. Vinyl siding does not need paint and is very easy to maintain by washing with water.

Beauty and Choice
Vinyl siding is offered in a wide variety of colors, trims and accent options. In addition to typical earth tones, bright, bolder, and richer colors are available like deep reds, vibrant blues, and pine greens. Homeowners can choose from horizontal or vertical panels, traditional versus dutch lap, and various accents from shakes, shingles, scallops, and fishscales.

Value and Quality
In addition to its strength, vinyl siding offers tremendous value and quality. Because it does not need paint and goes up faster compared to other exterior cladding materials like wood, brick, and fiber cement, the total cost of installation is low. It takes very few resources to maintain the beauty of vinyl siding once installed.  For most homes, vinyl siding is estimated to last for the lifetime of the home – manufacturers normally offer lifetime warranties that can typically be transferred to the next homeowner.
